Posted by : dana tags : denver, barre, Pilates, personal training, yoga

Every day you come into the studio with brilliant questions about being your best self. So, we’re debuting a new series where we debate, debunk, or prove a fitness question. This month, we’re tackling a question we answer nearly every week: When is the best time to work out?

Fortunately, the answer is pretty simple: When you can.

Before you roll your eyes, though, we get that fitting in a workout or a class isn’t that easy. We know you are busy. You’re probably balancing work, family, and friends and trying to squeeze in a little “me time.” That’s where we can help.

We’re constantly tweaking our class schedule to fit into your day, whether you are someone who wants to work on your Downward Dog before your morning coffee or if a Reformer class is your way to unwind after work. We’re here to make sure you have time to fit in your yoga, barre, Pilates, and personal training sessions when you can.

Each person has his or her “ideal” workout time. The first step in figuring what that time is for you depends on finding ways to move every day with a healthy mix of exercise, stretching, core work, and more. Next month, we’ll have more on how, exactly, to do that. Stay tuned!
