About Us
Our Story
Denver-based Whole Body Studios offers Pilates, barre, yoga, and personal training in-person in Denver’s Bonnie Brae neighborhood and online. We strive to create a place where clients feel welcome, strong and supported. The Whole Body environment encourages wellness and community, so whether you are new to Pilates, barre, or yoga or are an advanced practitioner, you can find a class and teacher who will focus on all your needs.
We have small class sizes with individualized instruction. Our well-trained instructors always focus on working out the “whole body” with sound biomechanics. We know how valuable your time and energy are, so we make all our classes fun, effective and personalized to fit your needs.
Our Instructors
Dana
Owner
Dana started practicing Pilates after sustaining a spinal injury in a car accident. She tried many forms of therapy, but Pilates was the only one that seemed to help in a long-term way. After about five years of studying Pilates as a student, she realized she would need to practice it forever. This inspired her to share with others what had helped her so much. Dana has studied thousands of hours of Pilates from multiple teachers, physical therapists, and movement educators. For the past 15 years, she has worked in the field in her studio, PT clinics and at top local studios, and she’s developed her professional skills while continuing to practice Pilates, yoga, and barre for her own injuries. Dana has completed a local 500-hour pilates teacher training in 2008, and since then has completed hundreds of hours of continuing education in pilates and rehabilitative based movement. She has also completed certifications in Barre and Core Align instruction through Balanced Body, and has taken two 200 hour yoga certifications. Prior to earning her Pilates Certification, she graduated from CU-Denver with a B.S in biology, and worked in an Internal Medicine office in Capitol Hill for seven years.
Natalie
Manager, Instructor
My teaching style is all about power, strength, and alignment. When I’m not managing the studio, teaching sculpt, yoga, Pilates, barre, or pre/postnatal athletic training you’ll find me diving into art projects and convincing my husband to build something else with me. Chatfield is my favorite park to go take my pups to explore. Nothing makes me feel more like an athlete than endurance challenges! Let’s be challegned, get strong, have fun, and feel successful together!
Mina
Barre and Pilates Instructor
Mina is a Pilates instructor currently completing her comprehensive certification, with mat and reformer training completed. She draws on her experience teaching strength-focused reformer classes to create well-paced, engaging sessions that challenge clients while supporting strong, controlled movement. Mina brings a deep appreciation for intentional movement, stability, and balanced strength to her teaching. Music plays an important role in her classes, guiding tempo, encouraging mindful pacing, and supporting clients through both challenging and restorative moments. Clients can expect thoughtful programming, focused instruction, and a class that leaves them feeling both challenged and grounded.
Geri
Yoga, Barre Instructor
I’m an early-to-bed kind of person—think super early! My teaching style is all about upbeat, positive energy. I aim to empower others to challenge themselves and push past their limits. When I’m not in the studio, I’m all about hiking and biking. Let’s get strong and have some fun together!
Natalie W.
Pilates Instructor
Natalie discovered Pilates during her postpartum recovery while working to rebuild strength in her pelvic floor. As an avid runner, she values proper alignment and believes movement should challenge both the body and the mind. Her classes focus on building strength, improving stability, and helping clients move with greater confidence. Outside the studio, Natalie enjoys hiking with her family and volunteering with Girls on the Run. You can expect upbeat energy and a challenging, feel-good workout
Meg Rosen
Pilates Instructor
Meg is a comprehensively trained Pilates instructor originally from New York who moved to Denver in 2021. She discovered Pilates during her postpartum journey and quickly developed a deep appreciation for its ability to rebuild strength, restore balance, and improve overall quality of life. Meg believes Pilates is both a physical and mental practice and enjoys meeting clients where they are while helping them grow stronger and more confident in their movement. With a strong focus on core strength and functional movement, her goal is to help clients move better, feel better, and build strength that supports everyday life. Clients often leave her classes feeling challenged, accomplished, and stronger.

I might go to bed by 10, but I pack a lot into my days! As a dancer and Pilates instructor, I love staying active and sharing my passion for movement with others. Whether I’m perfecting my dance moves or guiding a Pilates class, I’m all about finding that perfect balance of strength and flexibility. When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me exploring fresh Pilates techniques and constantly learning to keep things exciting.

My guilty pleasure? Dark chocolate! I love playing tennis, walking my dog Frances, hitting the golf course, and skiing. You’ll know you’re in my class when everyone sighs after working their thighs or glutes! Thighs are my favorite muscle group to work on. Pushing through those final counts to the beat is my sign of endurance. Let’s have some fun and get strong together!
Sydney

I’m all about reality TV—Housewives and Vanderpump Rules are my jam! I’m here to inspire and challenge you, making sure your legs are shaking by the end of class. Outside the studio, I love cooking, hiking, and hanging out with family and friends. Strong beats and breath-to-movement exercises keep things intense and make me feel like an athlete. Join our strong, supportive community and let’s crush it together!
