The Whole Body Experience
Expert Teachers: Many of our instructors are certified in multiple disciplines, including Pilates, barre, yoga, personal training, and more. All of our instructors are well trained in the best ways to keep clients focused on low-impact movements.
Flexible Schedule: Pick from more than 60 classes a week, with options ranging from beginner to high-intensity sessions that will make you sweat and shake! For an even more specialized experience, sign up for a private session.

Dana Dreifus
Founder and Lead Instructor
Dana founded Whole Body Studios in 2010 and has dedicated her career to helping people move. She has completed more than 2,000 hours of movement training and is certified in barre, Pilates, and Core Align. Dana is also a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. read more
Juliana Remer
Physical Therapist and Lead Instructor
As a physical therapist, Juliana brings expert understanding of how the body moves to each Pilates session

Daina—who has more than five years of barre teaching experience—loves high-energy workouts paired with music that push you to get more fit with every class.

Lucie (who is also a nurse!) is known for her enthusiastic classes that keep people moving and smiling.

Barre Instructor and Program Manager
Bri’s love for building community through fitness is what first drew her to personal training, and since becoming a certified personal trainer she’s added Barre fitness and Pilates instruction to her repertoire. She is always broadening her knowledge base, sharing everything she’s learned with her uniquely supportive and energetic approach to improving strength, stability, and endurance.
