Our Yoga Teacher Training program is designed to deepen your personal practice and prepare you to teach with confidence in a variety of settings. Led by Kendra Collings (E-RYT 500) with support from Natalie Machado (E-RYT 500), Georgia Muller (RYT 500), and Dana Dreifus (RYT 200), this six-month program blends yoga tradition, anatomy, philosophy, and modern teaching methodology within a supportive and empowering learning environment.

You’ll study the foundations of yoga, the eight limbs, anatomy and physiology, sequencing, teaching methodology, and the business of yoga, helping you build a strong foundation as both a practitioner and teacher.

Our extensive manuals are supplemented with a full video library, allowing you to revisit any part of the training as you need!

Our 200-HR program includes 6 in-person training weekends, observation hours, self-practice, and practice teaching. Join us from January to June for an immersive experience. The training costs $2,999 early bird or $3,594. For payment plans or questions, DM or email us!

Program Overview

The Whole Body Yoga Teacher Training is a  200-HR program includes 6 weekends of in-person training.

The 200-HR Whole Body Yoga Teacher Training runs one weekend per month and is designed for those looking to teach or simply enrich their own practice. You’ll learn through in-studio sessions, guided home study, practice teaching, and mentorship with our experienced faculty. This curriculum is reviewed by a licensed physical therapist to ensure that the anatomical and movement science components are current, safe, and applicable to all body types.

Upon completing your hours, you will be a Certified Yoga Teacher! You’ll then be eligible for registration wiht the Yoga Alliance as a RTY-200.

Training Includes

• One weekend per month of in-person training (Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays)

• Online anatomy, philosophy, and practice resources

• Observation, self-practice, and practice-teaching hours

• Comprehensive manual including the Whole Body Asanas, alignment, modifications, props, and    contraindications

• Mentorship and ongoing support from your instructor team

• 30 free in-person yoga classes during the training, unlimited on demand classes, and 10% off all class and private packages (during the six month program)

All Weekends will be held at the following times:
• Friday 5:30-8:30pm
• Saturday 8am-4:30pm
• Sunday 8:30am-3:30pm

Can’t make a lecture day? You can attend virtually or make-up sessions for $100/hr. You may also attend the next session of that weekend offered in-studio.
